Easy Vinaigrette

2 cloves garlic chopped

 

1 tablespoon of chopped herb of choice

 

½ cup olive oil

 

2 tablespoons vinegar of choice

 

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

 

½ – 1 tablespoon maple syrup or local honey

 

Mix and enjoy!

 

Homemade Electrolyte Drink

 

8 oz spring water

 

Juice of 1 lemon

 

1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

 

1/8 teaspoon celtic sea salt

 

1 teaspoon local honey or maple syrup

 

Mix and enjoy!

 

Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Drink

 

8 ozs. Mountain valley spring water sparkling

 

Juice of 2 limes

 

You can add mint too for an alcohol-free mojito!
