- Fresh garlic
- Eggs – local is best
- Coconut oil
- Sweet potatoes
- Tuna canned – in water – line-caught wild albacore is best
- Wild canned Sardines
- Wild Salmon

- Herbal teas of your choice
Sweeteners:
- Local honey
- Maple syrup
- Dates
Travel Snack List:
- Olives of any kind
- Nuts/seeds
- Beef jerky – Chomps is a great brand
- Chopped veggies (carrots, celery, peppers, radishes)
- Justin’s nut butter packs
- Trail mix
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Sardines, tuna, salmon in a can
Recipes
Go-to Vinaigrette
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tablespoon of chopped herb of choice
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar of choice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
½ – 1 tablespoon maple syrup or local honey
Mix and enjoy!
Homemade Electrolyte Drink
8 oz spring water
Juice of 1 lemon
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 teaspoon local honey or maple syrup
Mix and enjoy!
Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Drink
8 ozs. Mountain valley spring sparkling water
Juice of 2 limes
You can add mint too for an alcohol-free mojito!
